NECESSARY READ for parents

Dr. Rich provides practical tools, engaging stories, and a non-demonizing, no-nonsense approach to interactive media and screen use. I LOVE that at the end of every chapter he has an “ask the mediatrician” section that lists actionable tools + conversation starters that parents can use no matter the age of their child (and if age matters, he mentions an age disclaimer). As a parent working in tech, this book is a breath of fresh air and must-read for anyone parenting in the digital age.
