This is a life changing book. I recommend it to anyone who has ever been in a relationship, is in a relationship, or looking to be in a relationship. It is also incredibly helpful in strengthening the relationship with oneself, as well as with family, friends, and for simply living a more authentic life. I wish I could have listened to this book when I was a teenager, when I was just starting to enter into romantic relationships, and getting to know myself. I believe my life would have been much different if I had. This is not to say I'm ungrateful for where I am now, because I truly am! But these lessons and insights are powerful tools that could have helped me on my journey, and I know I would have experienced much less heartbreak in my life if I had read this sooner. This book helped me a lot.

This was a great book insightful and eye opening. It's definitely helped me with personal growth. I recommend to anyone going through a tough time or just wanting to know themselves on a deeper level.

When Heatherash Amara and DMRJ come together something magical occurs and you get books like this. I learned so much and enjoyed hearing it from both sides of the spectrum. It is narrated by both of them and the extra meditations at the end of each really helped me to soak up and summarize each session.
