Would listen again!

The narrator is excellent. Great voice and characterizations. Good plotting, stayed up too late listening.

Overall really good story. Narrator was great!

I enjoyed this book. There were a few times where I thought that a character’s action were unrealistic. But, overall it kept my interest and I am glad to have listened to the book.

High School Drama

This book has all the angst, jealousy, presumed love and color as high school, here an affluent group. The Characterization of students, teachers and parents is rich with detail. Relationships between the above parties is intense giving Ms Ward's suspenseful novel a complex twist on womens sports.

Great read, I suggest her other books!

Lousy narration.

A pretty good story ruined by a narrator who made every male character sound like a doofus.

More book than plot

So many books I’ve read lately seem to be padded with unnecessary pages. This had very little real plot but went on and on. Not well written either.

Engaging…

This is is worth the credit…found myself sitting in the car to hear the next chapter…Touches on a Myriad of subjects from minor substance abuse to out right “me two” subjects. Mom Justice at its best…

Great story! Original story line, great characters, great ending. Narration was great. The characters were brought to life.

Good Book

I didn't read Big Little Lies, but watched it and can see why people said it was similar. It was an enjoyable listen overall.

Slow start and gets stronger

After a couple of hours, I wondered if I should jump ahead. I’m glad I stuck it out. The characters and story are complex. Even those you think might be the main character are suspect. As the story develops, more truths are revealed, and the listener is caught in the intrigue.
