A book with nothing but back to back universal truths…so beautiful, so useful, and so profound that I have listened to it 3 times so far.

I frequently find myself hitting pause and contemplating for half an hour or more due to the awe inspiring and deeply profound nature of the wisdom contained in this book.

It’s loaded with universal truths and highly useful perspectives regarding the various problems one faces throughout life.

Practical ways to practice the pause

It was good to listen and hear the truths be spoken and heard throughout each of the chapters for each section.

Amamzing

Such a great book to listen to in many challenging periods of life, greatly organized in clerl-titled chapters, love the voice of the author, feels so soothing to hear the simple truths and also the revelations. Made many notes and stopped frequently tosavour the deep truths that unfolded. Will definitely listen again when needed.
