really needed to hear this. it was really eye opening and exact for my situation. the only thing I dislike was the narrators tone it is slightly off putting but over all she is very clear and well spoken.

Love the short concise format!

Sometimes, you just need something that is inspirational yet leaves space for the reading to apply their own individual thoughts and concepts. This book does that! Excellent
