I loved so many concepts and perspectives from this book. I started implementing breathing through my nose from when I first read it and now at the finish line, I already feel a difference. I feel so confident now on maintaining my health and this book really cut through the layers and layers of noise and provided alot of relief from the pressure we experience being on social media and hearing so many different opinions on how we should live our lives.
