The whole series is wonderful but I think I have enjoyed this storyline the most. The villan struck out at all of the main characters this time. It almost seemed like they would not prevail but they did.
Nancy Peterson did a great job with the narration.

I liked the Mystery Series

I also enjoyed not listening to Mrs Bennet or hearing about Caroline. . How about a story about the regular characters several years into their married lives and their families.Enjoyed Mr. Tanner and Darcy's relationship. Also Mr. Benet did so much better without the wife

A Hero worthy of the P&P variation universe.

Joy writes this guy so endearingly. Confident in his own world, the inn he runs in Meryton. His accomplishments are many. But he still feels grossly insecure and out of place in his half-brother and sister’s lives, as much as he loves them, the Darcys. He feels he can bring nothing but trouble and scandal to them if his origins are revealed.

And he is one adorable, utterly tongue tied, frozen in place fool in the presence of the woman he’s in love with. He becomes her hero when her past troubles come to light and rise up in threats to her life and her family, and everyone she holds dear.

What follows is a mystery to be solved. I always admire the way our author writes these plots and works them out in the end. She writes mysteries very well.

The romance is adorable. Darcy and Elizabeth’s story goes through some sad difficult times. And our heroine, Mrs Annesley is another great character worthy of JAFF-dom. I loved it. I’ve read this before and listened to it again. The entire series is very well written and each episode or individual book is unique from as well as connected to the others.

Highly recommended.
