Great but not what I expected.

The most helpful material I could find. It lacks the detailed instructions of how to go through the ten steps of recovery. I waited the whole book to get it but it was so brief. I still benefitted so much. Thank you Ross.

I've learned so much! I have already experienced a difference in my life by applying some of these strategies along the way. I'm looking forward to the new self-loving me. I knew these chains had to be broken but I just didn't know how. I will continue to educate myself in the matter and persevere because there's nothing wrong with deserving happiness :)
