Breaking down the reasons and benefits of prayer and fasting was helpful but explaining how it unleashes our power from God was eye opening. I had this book in my library for years now. It was given to me by my Aunt who long passed away. I recently started a fast and the 1st two days felt in vain but then the Holy Spirit lead me to this book in my library that I totally forgot about!
