I enjoyed the history of fasting. Exploring the many varieties of fasting was a highlight as I only knew of a couple before today. Couldn't put it down.

Awesome book, very well taught, Scriptural References for each of the Nine Fast. Different kind of Fast for different circumstances or problems we may face.

A must read/listen

Chapter misalignment

The chapters were misaligned from the audiobook compared to the printed book. This was unfortunate and hindered the ability to navigate to different chapters and sections of the book. Ideally this basic detail will be fixed.
