Excellent!!
So glad I found this book. I became interested in water fasting after listening to Alan Goldhamer from True North on Rich Roll’s podcast on YouTube. This book gives the actual “how to” of proper fasting and safely, slowly coming off a prolonged fast. I feel confident enough to try! Very informative and the reader did an excellent job!!

THIS IS FRANKLIN HALL'S BEST WORK , BAR THE FASTING ENCYCLOPEDIA. HOWEVER, THE NARRATOR BENJAMIN REGAN IS A POOR FIT. I PERSONALLY DO NOT CARE FOR NARRATORS WITH ACCENTS READING BOOKS BY AUTHORS WHO I KNOW DID NOT HAVE AN ACCENT. MY BRAIN REJECTS THE ACCENT AND FINDS IT IRRITARING. WHERE IS NARRATOR LARRY PETERSON?
