Publisher's summary

The moment she sees Caitlyn, wearing her ‘bride-to-be’ sash and brimming with excitement, it hits her. She hates Caitlyn. She knows who she is – what she’s really hiding. And the temptation to do something about it is too strong to resist…

It sickens me, the way they all think she’s so perfect. I plaster a fake smile on my face – all I have to do is pretend I’m enjoying the next few days. It shouldn’t be so hard. After all, I’ve been lying for years.

But I hadn’t counted on the secrets that everyone else has been keeping for so long. None of these women are what they seem: sisters, in-laws, friends and bridesmaids. Especially not the bride.

One of us won't survive the trip. And one of us, will become a killer...

Definitely a twist worth a credit

Did some serious mental gymnastics to try to figure this one out. Abrupt end -twisted. Just how I like my thrillers!

Attention grabber!!

I kinda binged this. Told from several different perspectives, which I love. The personalities of each are believable and not overplayed or cliched. Very enjoyable, though I would have loved a bit more elaboration at the end, but still a fun listen. I paid for this one and it was well worth it.

Interesting Murder mystery

I guessed a few things from the get go.
BUT still a cool story.
I liked how it flowed. Reminded me of the guest list by Lucy Foley so if your a fan of that story you’ll like this.

WOOOOW!!!!

What a well written and exquisitely narrated novel!

I am absolutely floored by the level of detail that didn’t come off as boring and the number of characters that are well developed to the point that you become familiar with them.

I enjoyed the changes in perspective for characters so I really got to know them.

If you are looking for a good and unpredictable read, this is it!

Great mystery with a twist ending!

I really enjoyed The Hen Party by Maria Frankland. The characters were realistic and their interactions were all too believable. Who thought that petty squabbles and long-held grudges among women and soon to be in-laws could lead to murder!? It is a engaging story that had me hooked from the beginning to end. I couldn’t turn off the audiobook and had to finish it in one day! The narration by Naomi Rise-Mock was wonderful. I highly recommend
