Great story, great narration too

This was a great series! I listened to the audiobook practically nonstop and finished it in just a few days. Quin is an intriguing main character, she had previously had a heart transplant, and because she knew she wasn’t going to live a normal life, she never took a moment for granted. I love that about her. The twist (cliffhanger??) at the end of book one was unexpected, but luckily the story continues since it’s the whole series in this book! The monsters shadow-kind are interesting and without even realizing at first, the title... loved it! Will definitely listen again and recommend!

I really like author not her best

I struggle to get through all the books. it lost my attention and I had to go back and pick it up

Great story

There were a couple recording errors. Or, skips in the recording. I would have loved to look more at the future. The characters will lose each other eventually. Her men are centuries old so their time with her will be a blink. It is bittersweet that yes she is leaving her mark but will leave 4 broken men behind. It would be nice to have some way for them to continue somehow.

awesome story

whenever a book is written by Eva Chase I know it is going to be good; I'm happy to report that is still true. The complete series in one order is exciting not only because its a money saver, but because it's such a great story and it will continously play into the next book without having to stop what youre doing and find which one is supposed to be next.

the narration was OK, but not my favorite. Overall, definitely a recommended listen/read
