Reader puts you to sleepy

Story line sounding intriguing but while on a road trip, instead of keeping us awake & the miles sweep but- we had to get bcuz it was putting both to sleep.

Will never know about the story & we love the author, Irina Shapiro. Too bad.

An impactful historical story of love, loss, tragedy & renewal. Heartbreaking but an enlightening demonstration of the human spirit of our ancestors.

What a wonderful story

It starts with heartbreak but as you listen you realize that her story, or life, was just beginning. Yes, it does have a time travel twist to it, you do become invested in the story.

I highly recommend this book to you if you are looking for a good suspense story.

Very interesting historical time travel novel.

I thought this was a great historical time travel novel. Obviously someone moves through time which was done in a very effective and interesting way. The story during the time travel was very interesting and kept me engaged and quickly turning the page. The historical points were right on point with the names changed.I like history and I like time travel so it really truly was a perfect mix for me. For romance fans, you will also love the romance and there’s a little bit of romantic steam in it as well. It had an ending leaving for a smooth continuation, and on that note I am heading over to that book, # 2 right now. I’m very pleased to have found this selection.

I truly enjoyed this book. I love how The author weaves the present with the past. The characters come to love fe and are easily relatable. Definitely worth the listen or read
