great series as per usual but why split it?

I can't fathom why this was split into two separate books. seems like a greed thing, the ending point didn't even make sense it was just an abrupt cut off. like they flipped through the book randomly and said I am going to stop it here.

I can't see myself sending credits on this.

To short

I love hearing what Ains gets up to, but this book was way to short considering how little actually happened.

This was less violent, more Recon

I am always amused by the way Ainz wants to do one thing and something else happens. the second thing is how everyone thinks Ainz is a genius, but he's like "woah woah, its a prank bro".

This Volume is a little more lighthearted than previous (that was my thought iniatially). than the elf king showed up. OMG this guy.

Pretty short Volume

This ones on the short side, even for a light novel. The story focuses heavily on momon this time as he frets over things, so little actually happens.

Narrator

Definitely one of the best audiobooks I’ve heard great story would recommend it again. If you’re a fan of the anime, it really fills in a lot of holes.

Good but too short

I enjoyed this book. Many call it filler and I can get what they mean, but I personally love the overlord series so much that filler is enjoyable for me. My one major critique is that it’s really quite short.

Great novel

This is another great overlord novel. The work from the reader is as always a 10/10.

Good, but felt Short.

I love the Overlord series but it felt short and Abruptly just ended... didn't feel like a good stopping point.

Not Christopher’s best performance, but still a recommended listen overall.

Whether it be an editing error or a performance issue, Christopher has a bit of trouble maintaining the voices for some of the characters introduced later in this book. They switch from British to english accents randomly. However, the narration is consistent and pleasing to the ears. It is a shame in this audio book alone, but in the ones before it you truly see Christophers voice acting range and abilities.

A low point in an otherwise perfect series.

It’s just half of a book where nothing happens. Ainz is on vacation, and there is a tiny bit of world building beyond the major human cities.
