Ahh great listen !!

Loved this audible!! Husband was horrible through out but the ending was great !! Love listening to all Gemma Rogers audibles.

It was good, but it could’ve been great.

The performance, and it was a performance, was everything. The characters were so over the top, it made the book better. Also, (and it probably wasn’t intentional) it made me laugh. Tom is just rude. He’s mean and horrible, and always rude! That Mr Snooty voice made him funny. He’s the worst character I’ve run into lately, and I hated him. I just get really invested in storylines, and I hated him, but I’d have been seething more if his voice had been sinister to match his character.
The thing about this book is that it’s so good you don’t want to put it down. But you want something to happen. So you wait, and it’s slow. Then it’s 30 minutes before it’s finished and things happen. But it’s too late. Even what happens isn’t that shocking. And the end is just left there. She could’ve done a better job, and edited the every day things, and not rushed the ending. It needed a good twist. But it’s entertaining, so I’m glad I read it.

Entertaining / Fast Paced

This was kind of an indulgence for me. I like these kind of books. I was kind of disappointed. I felt like there were a lot of missed opportunities to type things together differently, and I definitely feel like one of the characters got dropped out of the authors. Good graces when they shouldn’t have been but super fun and easy to listen.

It kept me guessing! I listen to a lot of thrillers and that’s really saying something.

TOO MUCH SEX!! Ugh!

I thought I had read enough reviews to get a fair idea of what the book was about, but apparently not. I gave up after a few hours of having to skip disgusting descriptions of what was going on with Tom and Savannah's nether anatomical regions in every chapter from their point of view. The summary needs to be changed to reflect the amount of pornographic content so those not interested in that kind of thing can avoid it.

Great but too much explicit sex

Engrossing story with excellent performance. Didn’t care for explicit sex or the not totally clear ending.

I was infuriated at the weakness of this woman. She was pathetic. I couldn’t help but like her though. I finished this book in a day. Couldn’t stop listening. I’m hard to please and this one lived up to its rating. I very much enjoyed it and didn’t want it to end.
