Loved everything!Great characters that were brought to life by the narrator. Definitely worth a listen!

SAM DEWHURST-PHILLIPS IS BACK!

Karen Baugh Menuhin is the amazing author of one of my favorite series, Heathcliff Lennox. Sam Dewhurst-Phillips is the irreplaceable narrator who brings these stories to life! I love the wit and banter between Lennox, Swift, and Greggs, the dialogue with the suspects, and the evaluation of the evidence as it presents itself. I love trying to figure out the mystery and who done it! I love the friendships and relationships between the main characters in these stories. I love how Lennox and Swift have grown into better men as they work together and within each of their families. I listen to well over 100 audiobooks every year and this series is an auto-buy for me if Sam narrates it. I’ve listened to these books multiple times and recommended specifically these audiobooks to others often. His voices are distinct and easy to tell who is talking when characters change back and forth. His tone for the characters reflects perfectly if they are happy, angry, sarcastic, teasing, introspective, etc. I have so many laugh out loud moments from his delivery. I also love how sound effects are added for the pets and how the voices change if they are in a cavern or listening over the phone, etc. If there’s ever an opportunity for Sam to narrate the 2 previous books, I would love to complete my Heathcliff Lennox audiobook collection with them!
