Outstanding, well worth the price of purchase

I wasn't interested at all in Ahriman or the Thousand Sons Legion before listening to this audiodrama, but dang it, John French's writing along with exquisitely well done voicework amd sound design made for a spellbinding 42(ish) minute drama. Time to look into more Ahriman books since my only previous exposure was to his brief appearances in Scars, and The Path of Heaven (both by Chris Wraight).

Short and sweet

Too short, but still good. only complaint is the narrator not mentioning his second death after alluding to it.

Don’t waste a credit

The voice over was fairly well done but I could have done without some of the sound effects put in place. They drowned out the actual voice audio. The overall plot was kinda pointless in the end and served no purpose apart from bringing Ahriman and Be’lakor together for what equates to essentially a single conversation between the two.

So good it's scary

Such a morsel of a story, John French writes like a god and the actors raise it to a whole another level. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I hunger for more.

This was not what I expected for Warhammer book

Mainly battle of minds. It has nice small scale and stakes that are understandable, as opposed to billions of people dying (who we never see).
Looking forward for more Black Library books.
