Good story, great performance

Where does The First Notch rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Brings me back to the days when I played D&D. I nice diversion from the longer books I've listened to. And Felicia Day is awesome.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The two-headed Ettin was well done - interesting to picture, at the very least.

What about Felicia Day’s performance did you like?

Very pleasant narration, and the different voices for the characters, though obviously challenging, were well done.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Of course. It's less than 30 minutes long.

THE NOTCH was short but well written. It shows everyone can work together for the greater good.
I liked the narrative, the voices worked well for the characters. I liked how in the battle the characters gained respect for each others abilities and realized that appearances can be deceiving. Each character knows that they can count on each other.

Was very short, but it was well done and a pleasure to see Audible giving us this production. Good stuff.

Like I saiid it was way to short, but very good. This is my genre, so I am in my glory with the new collection. You have to read them all to get the full effect.

Not bad, but extremely short

I enjoy the Drizzt books, but what's the point of a 26 minute story? Seems like it would have made more sense to make a collection of short stories in a book.

I actually found this by looking for books Felicia Day had read, so I'm a fan of hers... but it seems odd to choose a female voice artist for a story with all male characters.
