Recipes are included - Fantastic book.

I saw alot of reviews saying the recipes aren't included but they are :) Just log in your audible on a desktop ( or chose view desktop site on mobile ) and you will find a pdf download in your library next to this title, right under the audio download button on the right ♡

utter Genius

Once again Michael tells it like it is.

A pure joy to listen to, no "filler" every sentence makes a real point.

I followed it to the letter and in 5 weeks lost 10 kg and feel amazing.

Recipes not included on audible

Great book. References made all the way through the book to page numbers and all recipes at the end of the book....

However not included when purchased on audible - no recipe pdf to print.

Great book but no recipes in the audible version

Fascinating book and a great listen - I am entirely convinced and ready to try this technique. Unfortunately though the doctor repeatedly refers to the recipes in the back of the book but these are not narrated. I feel this would be quite an important element of this book.

Fab advice. No fads

I have just started the keto diet and found information within this book very helpful. Though as its the audio version, I haven't worked out how to see the recipes mentioned a lot throughout...

It works

I listened to this over the course of four days. I decided to implement the techniques described on the second day of listening. By the 4th day I'd lost 6lbs.
The book is well researched, well written and well read. Plus it actually works.

best book about loosing weight

awesome book, read it all very quickly, recommend to watch the documentary first in order to understand more, but book was brilliant. Bought the recipe book as well

Motivational and easy to follow

As well as giving me hope that I will be slim again in a matter of months, Michael Mosley has stopped me from feeling guilty for past dietary failures. I find the research evidence he provides compelling and surprisingly easy to follow. There is also a lot of online support offered. Thank you Michael.
