I loved what I learned from this audiobook, I did feel most of the tasks assigned to the listener were not aimed towards parents. Things that are easier to abide by if you don’t have children as a responsibility, such as “get outside within 30 minutes of waking up, or stretch routine upon waking up” usually my children wake before me and I have zero time to myself. Or putting all your phones in the center of the table and first person to pick up their phone pays the tab… I have kids most likely being watched at a baby sitters, so I’m probably going to pay the tab bc I’m going to check my texts and VM’s.
