Narrator is so good that I keep forgetting she's one person and female. I'm amazed at how well she does her male voices.

Evie immature?! Seriously?…don’t think so!
First of all, I hope JLa gives us book 4!!!! Luc is adorable and so awesome, words cannot express how deeply I love him!!! I’m intrigued by Greyson, I like him, but I always fall for the gay guy (he is, right). I want to know more about him. I love having the characters from Lux!!!
About Evie being immature? Her life is a complete chaos!! Everything she knew was a lie, it’s shock after shock and she takes it like a woman!!!! The mother she loved betrayed her, and she has to watch her die, and despite her betrayal, she’s the only mother she knew and she loved her. She was turned into an experiment, she accepts it and keeps working hard to be an asset to the community!!!!
This book is amazing! Every character has depth and growth. I can’t wait for the next book. I read somewhere that it might come out 2024? She’s very busy with the Blood and Ash series and it’s accompanying series. I NEED BOOK FOUR!!!!!

Fantastic!
Each book takes the story to a new level. I am anxiously awaiting the next book to continue this story. The narrators are fantastic. I spend a lot of time driving and these books keep me enthralled.

Blown away!
As per usual, JLA blows us away with a follow up on the apocalyptic world of Luc and Evie. She has built this incredible world where humans and aliens have to figure out how to either work together or become each other’s worst enemies.

A powerhouse of excitement had me turning the pages so fast!!
I loved this!! It was pretty long, but I sucked it right down. The first, not even one quarter of the book didn’t grab me. But then once it did I couldn’t stop!!!
I freaking love Luc so much!!! But we also saw many of those we came to adore in the Lux series, even Hunter and Sabrina!!! Oh yes, and somebody is having a baby.
But this book was action packed!!! I love the Origin series a smidgen more than the Lux. But I love both and how the Origin series is just a branch of the Lux.
The audible was so good. Saskia Maarleveld is such a great narrator anyway and she had a lot of different voices in this book, and I never wondered who was talking. She has such a wide range!!
