Once upon a time, in a land blighted by terror, there was a very clever boy.
The people thought the boy could save them, so they opened their gates and sent him out into the world.
To where the monsters lived.
"Strange and surprising and humane" (Lauren Beukes), The Boy on the Bridge is a gripping, powerful story that will make you question what it means to be human.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Boy on the Bridge to be better than the print version?
I just finished it two days ago and as I pondered the story I realized how well written it was and how it was a perfect sequel to the girl with all the gifts. The ending it absolutely excellent. The narrator is one of my favorites. A must read if you loved the girl with all the gifts. And yes I know its not as great at that book but that is ok. It is just as it needs to be.Very surprising.
