The amount of images the author paints through the examples they explain is so colorful that it makes it easy to understand the point of what the lesson is and what is to be learned. Amazing job in this and i am truly grateful to have been passed this knowledge through this. Thank you.

A Must Read!

This book found me at the perfect time! I’m about to turn 50, my husband is about to retire, my kids are married and having kids of their own, my older family members are beginning to pass away, and we’re looking to move halfway across the country….to say I've recently felt overwhelmed by life is an understatement. This book was like a breath of fresh air!! It allowed me to look at my relationships with the people in my life, including the one with myself and see it for what it is, not what I think it should be. The relationship examples in the book are relatable, which makes it that much better! The final chapter on release brought me to tears in the most healthy way. I HIGHLY recommend this book and will listen to it again! 💯
