Terrible narration

The automated voice of the self check out at the supermarket is less annoying than the narrator of this book. I’m sure it has some helpful, although trite, information; however, I couldn’t stand to listen to it long enough to get anything out of it because of the narrator.

Simple and to the point

Short but powerful and effective book that immediately hits home, wakes you up, and gives you a boost.

The different perspectives of love and letting go

I didn’t like the narrator’s voice. It didn’t drive the points home very monotone. Very great book though!!

Like the content, but not the delivery

I liked that this book was short and to the point. The content was helpful. I had the opportunity to listen to it for free through my Audible subscription.

However, this book fell short on performance. The voice sounds insincere, like an AI is reading the book at too fast a pace at 1x speed. It was honestly irritating to listen to. I also think it’s not all original content because some sections sounded verbatim the same as another audiobook of a similar topic I just finished. I think this may be a compilation from other books combined with some original content.

I would recommend “This Is Me Letting You Go” instead, and the delivery is much better.

Highly recommend for anyone going through the pain of a breakup. This audiobook is like having a whole support system right there lifting you up everytime you need it.

Timely uplifting medicine for a broken heart 💔 so much perspective on endings and beginnings. Worth the listen for sure
