Im throwing away and deleted all my other relationship books, as this one is by far the best. I have read tons, and this is the only one that approaches relationships with a sense of compassion and realism for all parties involved. I feel truly ready for love, and I feel that I'm on my way. Highly recommend!

Good info, still confused at times

This book is worth reading if you are a woman who struggles with relationships or maybe you're like me, recently divorced after a long term marriage and haven't dated since cell phones and social media were mainstream. There is a lot of good info in the book on what things mean or don't mean from a male perspective, all in generalities and I found the content interesting. There are also some great takeaways and pearls. There are times where some info is a bit contradictory, but men and women are contradictory too and such is life. Overall, I would recommend the book.

Great read!

Loved the content covered in here as it was woman focussed as opposed to having it focus from what we should do for the man. This was more on what we as women could do for ourselves that can lead to better relations with a man.

Sabrina Alexis & Eric Charles really did there homework on this one.I loved the quotes that began each chapter, notes from surveyed men, the quizes and recaps of chapter were great too but thr best thing isnt that we dont already know these things its the way they put these thoughts in a way that completely make sense as we reflect on situations weve been in. im putting everything in thge memory bank and i hope to not be single this time nect year. i love this listen and will listen to it again.

Fantastic book

Firstly, the narrator is wonderful. She has a very soothing and easy voice to listen to. Secondly, the content really does clear up a lot of confusion on the way a man thinks. It also really makes you look at your own character defects. I think this book is top notch and I will certainly read this over and over. This book really helps for single women trying to understand a man or married women trying to understand her husband.

Very Powerful/Useful/Necessary

I would recommend this book to anyone who are dating men and are wondering what they really are about. It cleared up a lot of confusion I had about the man I’m currently dating while also urging me to look within and to work on myself. This book is therapy and the stories are relatable!

the essential handbook!!

I loved this book! When it comes to relationships between men and women navigating the roles and understanding and embracing our differences can be intimidating, this book will teach you to make the relationship and journey liberating instead. And even if you think you don’t need this information, for me, it was also a wonderful reminder to be more gentle with the men in my life, less expectant of them to be some sort of God… priceless.
