Best book and method on losing weight and keeping it off, ever!
Years ago I learned of the book and read it. It is by far the best book of its kind and explains the reality of working to lose and maintain the loss of excess weight. I was working the method with success and got into a near fatal accident. Upon recovering I gained even more weight, and went to a specialist for nutrition and weight loss at a top medical center to realize I just needed to cut calories so I'm back doing the Anderson Method. I bought this audiobook to keep me on track. I'm happy to say I've lost 28 pounds in several months, finally, and still going, as I have quite a lot to lose. Thank you so much for your book, your method, and your work. If you do the work, it works!

I've lost 92 pounds (so far) with this book!
I'm 33 and I've been obese my entire life and never really knew exactly what to do to fix it. I knew about nutrition and that I should eat better, but I always fell back on my old habits. Now I'm 92 pounds lighter and no longer obese!
This method teaches you how to change your habits to eat the foods you love in a healthy manner. In fact, you have to eat foods you love to succeed at changing your habits. It's surprisingly easy, because you like what you're eating!
People are always worried that I won't be able to eat pizza, cake, or ice cream. My response is always the same: "I can eat whatever I want."
This book will change your life.

Excellent
Best book I’ve read on losing weight, how to do it, and addressing the emotional stuff. This is a ‘no BS’, nutshell. My hardest thing is the emotional issues and feeling like I am doing it right or wrong, and it being an overload to think I can lose weight. I needed his clear, no nonsense direction. Helped me get the right perspective and let go of the perfection and get the right mindset.
