This book is well written. Some nitpicks, if you are healing from gerd, you might need to be more restrictive than what Dr Aviv recommends.

I have been a patient of Dr Aviv, and the book is honestly better than his clinic - he is always busy, has too many patients to really entertain full explanations with them.

This book has so much valuable information for ACID REFLUX! Highly recommend this book to anyone who are suffering from Acid Reflux! Truly appreciate Dr. Aviv for publishing this book to help people who are suffering from Acid Reflux and also giving awareness to people about the importance of eating real organic food. Excellent information about acidity and our diets - things we often eat without realizing what it may be doing to our bodies!! Acidity is bot really something we discuss very often and something we should be talking about more!

This book very much helped to raise my awareness of things I’m eating that could be causing damage to my body and I’ll be trying the AWD eating plan to see how my body responds including AI issues I’ve dealt with for decades. Thx Dr. Aviv!

Excellent advice! I enjoyed listening to this book and learned a lot about my eating habits. I followed the diet and 3 days into the plan I started feeling more in control. I recommend this book to those seeking acid reflux relief.
