Publisher's summary

Would you like to be more happy and successful in your life? Many people have no idea why they are unsuccessful and unhappy, and they think that there is nothing they can do to change it. In reality many people cannot be anything BUT unhappy and unsuccessful because they do not understand the nature of happiness and success. This book breaks down a formula for increased happiness and success into nine steps, which can be implemented to effect change in your life. No one chooses their circumstances at birth but you, but this book will show you how to identify what you can change and how to do it.

Doing just the first steps worked for me!

This book has helped me SOooooo much that I feel a huge weight is off my shoulders and I do not need to huddle down waiting for the doom of Ray going to Ak and me miserable alone here or me miserable in AK with him.
I realized with help from his book that though there factually were dangerous and scary times in AK that ALL was not so and we survived all these years-
--plus though there are people who break into homes, robbers, people of all ages captured to be slaves I actually know very little of people that has happened to,
---plus my daughters family live upstairs and I would not be alone
--- and I can safely go to towns an hour away *alone* and I can be safe!
I had not realized how much my anxiety/fear was controlling my life and preventing my happiness and peace!
I feel SOooo much better, more energy, light, hope and joy!
So, it is now a couple hours later and I am still doing AWESOME!
I have done the dishes, and caught up a lot of little chores I had left undone.
I even got more than 1/2 my mending and alterations done! 😇
I am rolling along with music playing and I am even drinking more water and I danced by myself to some music!
"Tennessee Flat Top Box" -- I am having FUN and joy!
-Next day- I have finally tried a new recipe I had wanted to try for a long time but never did and it's great!
I painted trim in our house that I had wanted to do but just couldn't get myself to do and it's now all done!
I have courage and hope!

Well written and performed

This was a days read and longer if you want to take notes. Very encouraging and easy to follow. Good motivation!
