Powerful, to the point and extremely actionable! Everyone should read this book...we all need help following our gut feelings, over coming our fears and taking action when we don’t want to. Mel Robbins does a great job reading the book and I also loved how real she was - validating the things that we don’t want to do, the power that comes from doing them and an awesome tool to help us take action when we would rather do nothing.

Wow. Mel nailed it. Why are the SIMPLE changes sometimes the HARDEST to make? In listening to Mel I thought “she gets it!”. She understood the struggle I faced (and doubtless countless others). Her practical, doable suggestions are backed by science (which satisfies the nerd in me), but most importantly are successful strategies.
An excellent book for this who are tired of procrastinating or feeling regret over missed opportunities. This is life changing stuff.
