About this listen

Are you tired of feeling like a slave to alcohol and want control over your health and well-being?

Have you tried everything to improve your drinking habits and are still looking for an effective solution?

Do you want to be empowered, and discover freedom from your dependence once and for all?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, keep reading.

It’s so easy for a glass of wine at dinner to gradually become a bottle, or two -- a night out with friends to become a hazy memory.

Before you know it, your drinking habits have spun out of control.

If you feel like alcohol is consuming you and not the other way around, you’re not alone.

Did you know that millions of people have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and many even die from it?

In fact, alcohol abuse kills up to three million people every year!

Naturally, no one wants to be a statistic, but maybe you’ve tried everything to break free and haven’t had success.

Are you ready for some good news?

There’s still one thing you haven’t tried, and it’s right here waiting for you!

Here, you’ll find the best tips and step-by-step guidance backed by scientific research, such as the 2014 study posted in Current Psychiatry, “Which Agents Work Best: FDA Approved and Off-Label Medications Help Patients Achieve Abstinence and Maintain Sobriety” by Robinson, S. et al.

Their work examines how certain medications can ease the withdrawal process in the journey towards sobriety - just a fraction of the useful information you’ll find in this audiobook.

In this guide, you’ll discover:

  • How an “addictive personality” can actually be a good thing
  • 4 simple tips to break free from alcohol for good (even if you’ve failed many times before)
  • Why drinking before bed actually makes your sleep worse and what you can do instead
  • How being your own bartender can help you kick the habit (and have fun at the same time!)
  • Why you shouldn’t “give up” alcohol and what mindset to have instead
  • How drinking to relax actually makes you more anxious
  • Surprising facts about social drinking that show how it can actually be healthy
  • How following this guide will improve your health and appearance in just 7 days!
  • And much, much more!

Utilizing the most relevant research in health and addiction, this guide combines scientific facts with compassion and offers flexible solutions that anyone can use.

Even if you’ve been struggling with alcohol dependence for years - decades even - you’ll find everything you need to finally break free and take back your life in this audiobook.

The key is in solutions that don’t force you to rely on willpower, feel guilty, or give up the things you love.

You can be in control of your drinking and leave this toxic relationship behind.

Be in control, and take the first step towards freedom today by buying this audiobook now!

This information is life-changing, we the public have been bamboozled with our obsession with alcohol, the author plainly points out that our decision to drink alcohol is not in our best interest by a long shot, it’s been said a word to the wise is sufficient, I look forward to my journey to be alcohol free. I highly recommend this information to anyone whom alcohol has taken over their lives and
wants to really live. God bless the author!!!

This is a very personal story about the step's the author took to stop drinking. I have drunk heavily in the past and still have the odd binge even if infrequently. This audiobook has made me question the wisdom of having a drink even every month.

Amazing!

That's a good thing because it reiterates her point that much of what we feel and think and believe about alcohol consumption is unconscious and almost brainwashed into us. I can recognize that now, which I think is a big step.

I think is a big step.

I really enjoyed this book. I've been listening to the Recovery Elevator podcast for a couple of months. That along with this book are invaluable resources for my recovery journey. Lots of humor injected throughout, as well. Love it!

This book has helped me to better understand addiction and how it changes the brain and cognition of addicts and is the best resource to present to people who do not understand addiction and make the most ignorant comments.

This book has helped me!
