PAINFULLY LONG

Although I like the main characters, I felt that this was tedious… maybe better split into 2 books… IDK. I usually like long novels, but I was constantly having to go back to listen over . Read or listen for yourself. The first half was more interesting.

Excellent follow up in a great new series!

Excellent story, complex characters, thrilling action, and dynamite narration! What else could you ask for? Other than book 3, of course!

Unhappy with cliffhanger

The evil in this story kept me awake many nights. Even after I finished the book I kept remembering how evil these people were. I wish it could’ve been finished at the end of this book, but I’ll have to wait for the next book in March. I hope there’s a satisfactory conclusion. The narrator was great and I hope he’s going to be the one narrating the third book in this series.

The violence started at the beginning and keep going all the way through to the very end.

This author could write better than this book, but why write such a extremely predictable one and a simple plot?

listened to book one then the second, sorry but no chance for the third one. Boring,, slow, simple, very predictable, nothing new in both books as the story. Dear Author please return to what you can write much much better. This series is not likely to become anything viable, no chance. even miracles cannot save this story line, the plot and all as ongoing series. Very disappointing! Respecting the time and effort dedicated to writing a book, but still readers/listeners do yourself a favor, remember the time you will waste will not come back...
