Pace and voice are a no for me dawg

She sounds like she’s rushing to get the words out. The background music combined with her tone did not feel relaxing.

Background sound is uncomfortable and agitating, narrator rushes through her words. It rather builds tension than releases it.

Narrator sounded bored. background sound too fast, also reminded me of a siren somehow. Also, I understand the "worry for 2 minutes before letting it go" theory, but listening to that background sound for 2 minutes uninterrupted made me more tense.

Just said relax relax over and over

Just saying relax doesn’t make me relax. Made me more tense, if anything. Ended up annoyed and definitely not sleepy. I’m sitting here writing a review instead. Fail.

The sound in background makes me incredably tense!

I can not believe how bad the music/sound/noise is. It makes my skin crawl.
It gets slightly better in phases, but even partway through it is still pretty bad.
Also it is not a good idea to tell me to think about issues for 2 minutes as when I do that I tune out the lesson and focus on the other stuff. at 12:15 a terrible noise comes back. This does not work for me at all.

vibrating mellowness

You may not be used to these vibrating sounds so initially, you won't know what to make of them. Don't view it as an enemy, give it a chance. Once these sound vibrations are accepted you will relax, I wasn't even lying down I was sitting up in front of the computer with my eyes closed accepting that sound. I had to keep a part of me awake so I wouldn't fall out of my chair.
