Loved it!

I am actually writing this for my son who read this book in fifth grade. He LOVED it! A lot of the material is things he had really never thought about and it led to some very interestng family conversations about the China one-child policy, etc.

Great

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was very emotional, and I almost cried. The person who preformed it was amazing. I listen to a lot of audio books, and I have to say that this guy was almost as good as Jim Dale! If you work for recorded books, than you need to understand how much I want you to make another audio book for the sequel. Please!

Good book

One of my friends suggested this book as a class read aloud, so I listened. It is a good book but the subject matter is too mature for younger children ( I teacher 4th grade gifted). Perhaps a 6th grade or other upper grade teacher may find it useful. Lots of connects can be made to the holocaust and activism.
