Everybody was slow motion kung fu fightin'

Tai Chi has always intrigued me. It is beautiful to watch, and looks to be fun. I consider it to be slo-mo kung fu fighting! Now, Dahkid has made me understand it a lot better. He talks you through why you should do it, and how to do it properly. He keeps the subject interesting, and by the time the book is over not only will you be ready to begin practicing tai chi, you will actually want to! I really recommend this book. Clinger keeps it easy to follow and understandable. You can follow his instructions very easily as he speaks. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

Great books, taking classes tomorrow!

If you could sum up Tai Chi: A Beginner's Guide in three words, what would they be?

Best beginner book!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Tai Chi: A Beginner's Guide?

I loved how the author was very detailed in explaining tai chi and what foundation a beginner needs to ensure success in future tai chi classes!

The best Tai Chi beginners audiobook!

After listening to this audiobook, I seriously would consider myself to be a Tai Chi Expert. The narrator did a great job on reading this guide. I will be enrolling in Tai Chi classes next month thanks to this book!

read by machine.

they used the text-to-voice translator, made for very poor production value. Add no visuals, and this was hard to get through.

Good information but poor recording quality. <br />

The reader sounded artificial without natural flow. Although the information was good, the recording lacked a professional sound.

Really great guide for Tai Chi starters

I have always wanted a secondary opinion on how to master tai chi, and this guide helped significantly. This guide has made me confident enough to actually go to a training facility and perform tai chi with a certified tai chi trainer.

Terrible narrator

The narrator was so bad it ruined the whole book!
He had no concept of pronunciation, syntax or timing!
