When life takes several twists and turns, he finds himself walking the Path of the Titans, a System of rules and powers that spread like wildfire.

A magical journey filled with adventure, intrigue, and a mysterious System awaits any who embarks on this journey with Knox. Can he survive the awesome power of the Titans? Can he live long enough for any of it to matter?

This is a LitRPG book with system levels, stats, and cool abilities. No harem and loads of fun violence.

Book has a tonal shift halfway through

Book wasn’t terrible until about the halfway mark. Book started out following 1 path and then ended up shifting entirely to a different one. Which in my mind makes no sense since you should have either started with the latter half right from jump street or continued with the former. Basically the book started as a mage cultivation adventure book to a litrpg base building bs halfway through and where as I enjoy both types the way that they were unceremoniously slapped together made me annoyed. Either way you look at it the first half the book was superfluous at best and was a waste of time.

very good story.... until the audio started glitching

the last hour the audio keeps glitching. I have deleted the title. downloaded it again. deleted the app reinstalled the app and it's still glitching. it's right when he comes in contact with the camp towards the end of the book....

Great story

This is a great story,filled with adventure and decent character development. The author does tend to foreshadow a good bit but it doesn't mess the story up as he let's it linger for a while.

Slightly better than average story with a Stupid ending.

The main character who seemed to be fairly smart through most of the book just made stupid decisions at random.
He only survived because the Author stepped in to save him at the end of the book. The only thing this story has going for it is the unique storyline where it change from a cultivation story to a litRPG halfway through the book. And to be honest, it was more interesting when it was a cultivation story. I’ll read the next book, but I don’t have high hopes for it.

Give it a few chapters

It took a while for the story to take off, and it felt rushed when gaining levels, but it was a good story line.

Excellent Start to a Series

Path of the Titans is fairly standard for a book in the RPG genre but takes a twist shortly into it that makes it somewhat unique and interesting. McGowen does a good job writing the characters and keeping me engaged in the story. Wisniewski did a great job with the narration. I've already picked up book two.

I loved it you learn one then get another it was different from all others it was great.

Great Start

System Activation: Path of The Titans book 1 by Timothy McGowen had a fantastic start, slowed in the middle some then finished with a good end. Great job of narration by Daniel Wisniewski. DRmz 4-13-24.

looking forward to the next in the series

I was fine with the story of an adventurer, but the it gets revamped. second time going through it and it just gets better.
