Will Watt makes this whole book!

He is now officially one of my favorite male narrators! Everything he did was just *chef’s kiss*

Loved this one!! Fell for this story and the plot is so good!

Narrators for this one were superb!!!! I was not familiar with this original story and really loved it. The ending was so great! I really enjoy that the plot is as good as the spice. This whole series has been such fun, I’m so glad it’s not done yet.

this may be my new favorite of the series.

I get so wrapped up in this series but this one really took the cake. the love between them is so freaking sweet!!!! I cannot get enough! also, this is my first time listening to a Will Watt and he might be one of my new favorites. The feelings I felt due to his narration. . . Just, so good!

The quality of her writing just keeps getting better

I love this storyline. Her writing is high quality, sensitive, sensual and intuitive. This rendition of the tale of Icarus and Poseidon is charming, heartfelt and steamy. Highly recommend if you love this authors other books.

This book like all of this series is never a disappointment. Love love love. The story line is beautiful and the performance was astonishing.

Poseidon doesn’t have time to watch over Icarus, especially since the barrier is down, Circe is waiting in the sea ready to attack and the Thirteen can’t agree and unite for the better of the city. Now, he will have to make a difficult decision about himself, about his allegiances, and about the man who woke his heart from its long slumber only to threaten to break it for good.

I have so been looking forward to the continuation of this series. This one picks up right where Dark Restraint left off. This was a very fast read. I couldn’t seem to put it down as I wanted to know what was going to happen with the war. Getting to know more about Poseidon was great since he has been on the outside of things happening in Olympus thus far. Even though Icarus and Poseidon’s connection started out as a way of gaining knowledge and escaping for Icarus…until it turned into much more. While this story only takes place in the span of a week, a lot happens.

This is book eight in the Dark Olympus series. I have really enjoyed this whole series and would recommend it! I honestly can’t wait to read the rest of the series. Best read in order.

I could not STOP listening to this.
1. Katee; AMAZING. I love your storytelling.
2. I was SO incredibly happy that FINALLY someone STEPPED UP and treated Icarus they way he deserved after everything he's gone through.
3. Poseidon was thee best of Olympus, of all of the 13; he never played their games <3

The end... was in (happy) tears.
