I really enjoyed RJ Sonia’s creative thoughts. He has opened my mind to another realm of the universe. I found this book should be categorized with all the other meditation books. The reason, because RJ Spina did not share more details of his recovery journey. He neglected mentioning the hospital where rehabilitation took place, if he had shared this information, I would be able to fact check and believe without a doubt that RJ Spina cured himself from all the ailments and complete paralysis from his chest down. There isn’t enough proof for me to believe his story.
