Eye opening and thoughtful

The author was thorough and a fantastic guide into being an empath and psychic. Right away you learn 10 signs of an empath. Then the book goes deeper into shadow work and your childhood. My favorite chapter was on metaphysics! I’ll be listening to this a few more times to get it into my cells. Highly recommend.

As I started listening to this book, I noticed subtle shifts in how I connected with my intuition. The exercises helped me tap into parts of myself I hadn’t fully explored before. After practicing the techniques, I started having moments where I could sense energy shifts around people and places more clearly. It wasn’t something dramatic, but the more I leaned into these feelings, the stronger they became. And I'm just at the beginning!

Wonderful book

The author touches on so many points that are necessary in our growth. She explains things and backs them up with science and history as well as personal experience. The reader is very calming and puts energy and inflection into every sentence making it seem as if the author speaking directly to you. I had already recommended this book to 4 others before I had even finished it. Highly recommend!

I have learned a lot about myself from this book

I greatly respect how this book dives deep into analyzing our past experiences to determine how many of our insecurities and fears (our shadows) develop. Through this realization and acceptance, we're able to heal and turn those shadows into abilities to heal others due to those close connections with that experience. A marvelous learning experience.

A transformative book!

I do not know if I have unlocked any psychic powers inside me, but this book was truly transformative and provided so many insights for me. The narrator's voice added to the vibe and feeling of something shamanic. I marked some places in the books that I want to listen to again and deepen my understanding.
