Amazing!

I absolutely loved this story when I first read it, and being able to hear it made it even better! Oliver did such an amazing job narrating Nathan and Chase’s story!!

Nathan is sent to help his uncle over the summer, and reunites with his first love, Chase. Chase is mad that Nathan never came back like he had promised, and never called to explain why. Now, years later, the two are reunited, but years and loss have come between them. Chase doesn’t want to let Nathan back in, and Nathan doesn’t want to let Chase go.

This was so so good, and I cannot wait for the rest of this series to be made into audiobooks!!

Chase, my sweet boy

Joelle has this writing style that always brings a smile on my face, and goosebumps break out on my skin.

Her stories are sweet, oh, so sweet, but also hot. This combination never ceases to amaze me. Not a lot of authors can pull this off, so... Bravo.

Summer of You is the story of Nathan and Chase, two long lost lovers who got back into each other's lives when the time was right for them. It's a second chance romance, and tbh I am happy they got it.

I started this series with book 4, and I have to admit that Nathan is not my fav character. There is something he does that bothers me a little, or a lot, depends, and reading his book didn't make me lose that feeling. I won't get into details because it is a spoiler from future books, and like a normal person, you probably started with this one. It is nothing bad. Don't get me wrong, it's just something that rubbed me the wrong way, and it has NOTHING to do with Chase.

Chase is Nathan's heart and soul, and he loves him more than anything in this world. The same goes for our sweet Chase.

Their dynamic is interesting, and I loved reading their story. I loved learning how way back they go and how they found their way back to each other. I loved reading about them reconnecting and moving on from old wounds. They deserve to be happy, both of them, but I'm happier for Chase because my sweet boy really deserves all the love in the world.

This is a series I would recommend to anyone who wants to read sweet and super hot stories. Anyone who wants to read about an awesome group of friends, cute characters, and love stories that make your heart beat a bit faster.

The audiobook is awesome, and I am happy I got to listen to it. It only made the story that much more fun.

Love this narrative

This narrative brings the story to live and I love how he makes it a fun story and had me laughing and enjoying every moment he speaks.

Sweet hot second chances

This is my second time reading this story, first with my eyes and now with my ears🤭. Joelle’s books are always much a fast fun read! Just the right amount of spice, plot, and heart. The narration was on point and I think made the story even better to hear Oliver’s voice take on the characters.
