Publisher's summary

Is there an easy way to tell your lifelong best friend that you secretly married his brother eight years ago? Asking for a friend….

When Gates shows up needing a place to crash , I offer him my spare room. Whatever happened between us nearly a decade ago is water under the bridge. I don’t lie awake at night wondering what could have been. Nope, definitely not.

But Gates seems determined to get a rise out of me. He’s tie-dyed all my clothes, removed my bedroom door, and replaced my hand soap with lube. I’m not sure if he’s hoping I’ll kick him out or kill him, but he won’t break me that easily.

When he tells me his Stroker Rod is broken…. What kind of mechanic am I if I don’t get hands-on with his problem?

We put our feelings behind us a long time ago, and there’s no way I’ll let Gates break my heart again. No amount of fiddling under the hood will fix everything broken between us. From here on out, it’s purely physical. Right?

Yup, just a couple of guys and their stroker rods.

Stroker is a best friend’s brother, secretly married, super steamy MM romance.

Loved It!!

I think the narrators, Tim Paige and Liam DiCosimo, did a great job with this story. I enjoy reading this series and listening to this one definitely brought it alive for me. Second-chance romance isn't one of my favorite tropes but the back and forth between Gates and Tal is definitely entertaining!!

loved gates and tal!!

Stroker was simply fantastic!! Gates and Tallahassee have fantastically, insane chemistry! The eight year marriage twist was great. I loved their banter and steam! Loved, loved, loved Gates and Tal sooo freakin much! I didn’t have a love of Gates in the first book but fell in love with him in Stroker.Tim Paige and Liam DiSosimo were fantastic with their dual narrative! Overall, a fantastic second chance romance, with pacing that grabbed me and didn’t let go. Could not stop listening to it, listened to it in one sitting!

Love this series!

Tim Paige and Liam DiCosimo do an outstanding job of bringing this story to life.
Stroker is the second book in the Big Bull Mechanics series. This is a second chance romance that I devoured.

I love that the two mc's are men in their 40's, with all the life experience that comes with that.
Gates and Tal have a long, complicated history. A secret marriage to deal with. A husband who doesn't seem to be able to put roots down. I admired the way Gates finally realizes what his choices and actions have cost him. He really works hard to make amends and gain back Tal's love and trust.

These two have such amazing chemistry together.
I loved watching them get their HEA!

Big Bull

I said it before, and I'll say it again. KM Neuhold does an amazing job at writing blue collar workers. The second story in the Big Bull Mechanics is just that and an a great one at that. I also love the touch of ADHD second-handily talked about in this book. Tim and Liam do a great job of portraying these two men. I am really enjoying this series and will be excited when I can listen to the whole thing from end to end.

ᘜOOᗪ ՏTOᖇY

I’m definitely not a fan of second chance tropes {i don’t even know why!!} but this one is really nice. Not too angsty, but also not at all avoiding individual emotions.

I absolutely 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 how Gates’ adhd was written into his story. Being neurodivergent is extremely complicated and I enjoy reading books that adequately and accurately describe what it can mean for that individual character.

The narration was fantastic, my only critique is that I wish the narrators could speak their character throughout every chapter.

Aggravated to Love

There is a whole lot of humor with Gates and Tallahassee’s path forward. There is a lot of distrust on Tallahassee’s part based on past Gates. Current Gates is working on himself. But along the way there is plenty of aggravation between them along the way. The audio was fun to listen to.

Loved the Audio!

So I just adore Gates and Tallahassee in the ebook and of course the audio turned out absolutely perfect! The narrator nailed the vibes and emotions so well I found myself disappearing into the story. This second chance, swoony love story was utterly brought to life and it made me love this book even more!

Smoking Hot

I read this book first then was given the opportunity to listen to it. The narration is wonderful and the book literally comes to life. This is the second book in the Big Bull Mechanics series. Tallahassee and Gates have been roommates for a while now.
Everyone at the shop is amazed that they are:
1. Haven’t killed each other
2. Haven’t had explosive sex together
3. Gates has taken off to parts unknown.
What everyone doesn’t know is that 9 years ago, they got married. These two men got married on a whim, and Gates left cause he thought he was doing what was the best for Tallahassee. They were both still in love with each other. What they needed was time, real conversation and a bucket load of honesty.
We watch them navigate their way back to each other.
I literally loved these two together. They complimented and helped each other find their way back to each other. Their chemistry together was off the charts hot once Gates got over his hang up over his surgery. This book had the funniest dirty bird who Gates kept teaching dirty words to.
As always, I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Good story

The story seemed disjointed at times . Narrators for this series are always great. Not as strong as other novels.
