Publisher's Summary

This sizzling and passionate romance follows two men whose lives are turned upside down by their intense mutual attraction.

Sam Richmond is a workaholic in danger of becoming the very man he despises - his father. Stressed and sick with worry, he’s desperate to shake off the shackles that bind him to his current path and embark on a life lived only for himself.

His friends are determined to pull him out of his funk and decide to drag him to a strip club that caters to both men and women. Sam is shocked when he develops an attraction to the show’s male headliner: Rico McIntyre. The two men end up in a backroom for a private lap dance that ends up being a game changer for them.

Because despite the fact they both identify themselves as heterosexual, they decide to explore their strange attraction for one another - if only for one night. But one night quickly becomes another and then another, until a misunderstanding tears the two apart. Both men attempt to forget about the other, only for life to unexpectedly reunite them.

Can Sam and Rico embark on a relationship and come to terms with their new understandings of themselves and who they love? Or are they doomed from the start?

Deliciously Naughty

I am not going to lie the one and the only reason I pre-ordered this book was that of Sebastian York's narration on an MM book. I mean hello who wouldn’t want to listen to that??!??!

I enjoyed the story, it was sweet and difficult at times for both of these guys but once they let it happen it was truly beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better storyline. There wasn’t a lot of drama; no one was stuck in the closet. They embraced who they were. Was it always easy no what relationship is?
Growth is what makes the world go round so it was no different for these two having to navigate a new relationship they were both so new at.

Did I mention the narration?? Cause HELLO SebYo in an MM scene... HELLO HOTNESS. Thank you to the Lord above for the gift of SebYo’s delicious voice.

needs work

There are some enjoyable aspects to this book - for details read the other reviews ; )

I feel like this author/book needs more polishing, and less cut and past plot tropes. OK, I only made it 2/3 of the way through this before deciding I just didn't care about these guys as written/narrated. A review of unfinished book is only useful for why you did not finish.
HERE ARE THE ISSUES thus far:

the book starts w/ non con/dub con "erotica"
the aggressor in above switches to we need to take it slow not be physical until its real

Double gay for you: sexuality IS complex & doesn't alway fit labels, but this is just clunky

they are strip club hookups
then suddenly they are business rivals
then suddenly they are coworkers

a high power business at end of day, after receptionist and other workers have left, is unlocked so anyone can walk in and wander to any floor/office...etc
It just needs work.

Story/overall: there are lots of 2-3 stars bits w/ some 4-5 stars bits, I don't know how it ends, so 3 stars

Both narrators are good not great. And as is often the case, the dual narration completely unnecessary & unhelpful.
(sorry Sebastian York fans - please consider the rest before you deem this unhelpful!)

Good Narration, dragging story

I bought this story for the great narrators and they did not disappoint. The first half was fairly enjoyable but after that it just drags and drags and drags. Rico’s actions make no sense throughout, even after his big reveal. Why Sam puts up with him is unclear. Their connection seems forced and they never actually talk to each other. After so much back and forth the quick ending is just unsatisfying. I only finished through sheer will.

Great Book

This was a good book but I hated the ending. I guess I needed more from the ending to close the story out unless there is going to be a second part.

Male/male

Always an education hearing these relationships, I learn about how it’s love between two people, no matter their origin. 1 st time hearing Sebyo do this kind of story, and he is just as sexy here as in typical romance books. Kale was a great voice to listen too, I’d listen to him without hesitation. Also my first book of Margay... this didn’t go in a typical direction, and for that I’m happy. It’s good to get a challenge in a story not just hit the bedroom and those issues... bravo.

Narration and story are delicious!

Strip Me is a fantastic (and hot) story about 2 heterosexual men exploring a love interest for the first time with each other. The narrators did a fantastic spot on job with these characters and I’m hoping for a sequel (although this story ends with a HEA or HDN) which I appreciate.

So good❤️❤️

I’ll admit, this book caught my attention because of Sebastian York. I love Sebastian, and mm romances so I grab it. It was really good. It had all the feels. Yes it’s insta lust, yes it’s hot🔥🔥🔥there first scene together was so incredibly hot, but there’s also a story. It’s not just a book with one sex scene after another, there’s a story. I really hope there’s another book coming out about Sam and Rico. Please 🙏🏻! Both narrators did an amazing job!

Ummm...

I am a huge fan of Sebastian York and I absolutely love MM romance so those were the only two reasons why I picked up this audiobook, without thought...i’m not sure if this is Sebastian York’s first time MM romance but the fact that Strip Me some how got those two together I was over joyed and it was a no brainer PLUS I discovered a new narrator that I equally enjoyed listening to and he’s now on my list of fav narrators..Kale Williams, he did an amazing job! My only issue with Strip Me is that I feel like the author duped me with story at the end, and the fact that it felt as though there’s like so many parts missing, it ended so abruptly that I’m kind of upset by that. I’m debating on whether or not to return this audiobook but I don’t know. The story was okay and the narrators were absolutely awesome! I just wish the author did her research on MM romance...

Will there be a part 2?

Purchased audio version simply because it was Sebastian York narrating a MM romance. Enjoyed story, felt it ended very abruptly, felt like there could be another story???
