Simply the best book I have ever read on stress!

I got a lot out of this book. I am going to implement some of the advice to hopefully sleep better at night. Very interesting listen.

worst audio book I've ever heard. up it wasn't helpful at all. almost painful to listen to.

Stressful reading it

if you want simple straightforward advice, this is not the book. If you want every sentence to start with "Another experiment shows...." or "In one study...." You may even feel stressed at times trying to get good info out of it, it just comes at you with too much detail.
On the other hand if you are doing a phD and need too much detail then this is the book for you.
You could with a version for ordinary people just wanting some clear easy tips
