Loved the right to the point answers to the leadership question. I feel that the assessment helped me to focus on my strengths and work on my weaknesses

Reviewing current information on leadership is always useful. I expected more from this treatise, however. My hope was to learn something new or at least up-dated.

interesting down to earth approach

quite down to earth way to put this somehow abstract yet very important subject in a concrete way that is easy to understand for people with hard/engineering backgrounds

Double dose!

I had to read and listen to retain because the story lacked a plot and just described situations. But lots of great information and advise for present and future leaders. Great book!

Great book to listen to more than just once.

Leadership requires a lot of self examination. This is what the book provides. It's not going to tell you there's a "secret sauce" to leadership. You have to learn, learn from success, failure, and accepting criticism.

Very short but straight to the point on giving basic knowledge on leadership. I loved it!
