Only good for very new / young litigation lawyers

I was rather disappointed in this book. I was hoping for some good information and suggestions applicable to lawyers in general. Instead, it was very focused upon litigation and the thoughts and ideas work supremely basic. This might be good for a baby lawyer just starting out or someone new to litigation, but for anyone with a few years under their belt or not involved in litigation or dealing with in house counsel, it's pretty much a waste of time.

probably better if you work at a big firm

I just went on my own and got a couple of books to help get my mind in the right place and get off on the right foot. I really liked the beginning of the book but a huge chunk of The Middle was really focused on large law firms I thought. then had some good information at the end but was not exactly what I was looking for.
