Great book!

This book really gives different views and opinions and facts about alcohol. I love how he explains how quitting cold turkey will be almost impossible and will power doesn't work. It's been few days not drinking and I feel amazing and I am not even forcing myself to stop or I don't even try I just love my new system or just a change of thought. Amazing

First time I have ever thought I could do this!

After listening to Craig's story and book, it is the first time in 20 years of heavy drinking that I think - no - know I can do this and give up drinking for good. What a powerful book. It’s done wonders for me. I’ve had to use it three times, but when I got to the point that I truly was ready, it worked. To me, this book is the main purpose is to go to his web site. He also says there is a free hypnosis track there to get for free. I didn't find it.
