I have listened to many of his other books and was afraid this was just going to more of the same material, at first...

But Craig did not disappoint. As usual, he had me laughing out loud, rewinding to listen to key points again, and feeling bummed when it ended. He has a great delivery and I find myself applying many of his concepts throughout my day. For any of you who also have an issue with drinking, I highly recommend his Alcohol Lied To Me. As in this book, he offers life-changing shifts in thought patterns. Looking forward to the next nuggets of wisdom he has to offer.

seriously out of all the self help books I've read and listened too! Craig Beck takes the cake! This is the second book I've purchased from him and I can't wait to hear more!!!

Craig Beck is the next Tony Robbins!

I love the way Craig tells a story! His work as a radio personality shows through in all of his stories. He adds humor to the human condition and all the ailment that comes along with it, making progress feel attainable. I recommend all of his audiobooks! I have had some major breakthroughs the last couple of years listening to him!

This is a very good buy book.

after purchasing other books of Craig, his content becomes too familiar for me. about 25-40% of the content were already in his other books. dont get me wrong, this is still a very very very good book. have fun listening. 10x better than a story book.

I really enjoy Craig Beck’s work and this book has a wealth of great insight and tools you can actually use. You will feel great while listening as the information is very uplifting and can be life-changing.

Craig has narrated all his books outstandingly well. All his books are fun to listen to. He gives a different perspective on how to deal with our own self judgment that makes us insecure. He gives us the insights to change our view or perspective. Please read his book for your own self improvement.
