Excellent Listen
I loved how Craig explored and explained the effects of alcohol in this book. He used a lot of funny and real stories that I could relate to. He judged no one throughout the book. I was a weekend and holiday drinker and he covered that as well. I have no doubt this is the best book I have ever listened to.

I found an old book I read before your book, and it's pretty crappy in comparison. I was drinking 1 liter of rum per day for at least a year. It took me about two years to finally stop. For the past 3 years my drinking has been under control. Craig's book works!
