I really like this book
I really really like this book. For 3,5 hours it will explain in detail how to stop doubting and worrying about your past. It is your choice what to remember - bad moments or best moments. It explains how and why you have your beliefs and how to deal with them.
I will definitely listen to some other books of the author. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
