I needed this book

This book is perfect. It's short and sweet. It has great instruction and definition. I find it kind of relaxing to do it and set a goal to reach. I feel active now, instead of just sitting on the couch or in front of the computer. A definite read for people looking into the splits.

Good information

Told me something I've never known and I incorporated it into my yoga with different moves. This actually soothed a muscle I overstretched that's been sore for a couple of months. So yeah, i really liked this. NOTE:. This is for side splits..... I was born with a type of mermaid syndrome and I wore braces as a child to straighten my legs.

Quick and Informative

This is truly a valuable guide and goes way beyond known stretching exercises. It shows some unusual and new postures I didn’t know before, the pictures are indeed helpful. This book is probably best for beginners who're already into sports and somewhat flexible.

If you're lame and don't have the ability to absorb knowledge from books then, by all means, feel free to go and buy Splits Method or similar, if it exists!

Good resource

I have low back pain when I get up in the morning, and have to walk my dog first thing. Now I do the stretches for walking and my back feels much better. Glad I bought this book!

This is a good book for almost any age and I like the tips for increasing the difficulty of the stretches. It's good to push yourself when you are ready also you don't get bored just stretching in one way.

The authors do an excellent job of explaining why your body needs to stretch, how to stretch, how not to stretch and how to use resistance or ballet bands to stretch more effectively.

If you follow this to the letter you will be in a perfect split in no time. At first, I was very upset because it is short. Nevertheless it does work! Great job!
